Asa Bush accepts commissions based on availability. He has worked with clients to create portraits, still lifes, and landscapes that serve as an emotional touchstone and generational heirloom. His work hangs in homes, offices, and public institutions around the globe.

Asa’s commission process begins with an introductory conversation, during which consideration is given to the painting’s aesthetic goals. During this preparatory phase, Asa completes multiple sketches and studies. Delivery date, picture size, and price are all also determined at this time.

In creating portraits, Asa works both from live sittings and submitted photographs.
